Last minute ressie for Fantasmic?

Anyone been successful in getting a Fantasmic Dinner ressie on the day you want to attend? We head out the day after tomorrow for a 5 day stay. Our Dnephew (9) really wants to see Fantasmic. He went with his mom, brother, grandmother and great aunt last year and he never got to see it. Actually he didn't see anything but the Hall of Presidents, Country Bear Jamboree, Asmusic Pool and Arcade.....Long story short, that's why we're taking him this year, so that he can really see disney! I see that the days that we're there it's only one showing/night. Except for arrival date (Friday) it has 2 showings but we leave at 6:00 am to catch our flight that day, so not sure if we really want to start the vacation with that long of a 1st day. I figured I'd watch the weather and if we have a day that looks really good, I'd give it a try....Don't really want to spend the money and have it rained out. We've done H/V package a couple of times and we really aren't fans of the food....hmmmmm

Yes, we were able to do it at about 3:00 on an afternoon in May 2005. You'll just have to call and hope that there is something available..that's what we did. Good luck!

Maybe - maybe not - it depends on the crowds

You could alsways see the 2nd show of Fantasmic. The 2nd show is offered during most busy seasons (holidays and summer) - AHH - just read your posy again - sorry for the no 2nd show option.
