Our contract passed ROFR on 6-19. I'm hoping to have it all finished and points in my account by mid. August. We are going to disney in September. How likely will it be to get a studio at any resort? I think it would be fun to move around to several different resorts through the week.

In early September, you'll probably have plenty of options for studios. In late September, you're more likely to be limited to SSR or a Savanna view at Kidani.

That's good. We are going down before the food and wine festival. I wish I could have it all planed out. I hate waiting for this resale to be finalized. :-(

If you're arriving before the start of F&W festival on September 17th, you'll probably have some luck. Otherwise, it might be tight. I was very surpised when booking for October to have to waitlist some of the nights for our SSR stay. It came through after a few weeks, but I can't say I've every had to waitlist SSR before. There were plenty of options for one-bedrooms, but not a studio to be found at any resort for either of our Friday and Saturday nights. F&W is becomming more and more popular with DVC members. If I had to guess about the studio availability, I'd say that F&W is also a draw for adult-only long-weekend trips, which might explain a run on smaller rooms on the weekends.
