Last Minute (Possible) Trip Help Needed!

My mom was all set to visit a friend of hers in Longwood, FL next week but the friend was in a car accident and isn't feeling up to having company. My mom already has her plane ticket to Orlando booked and I'm trying to convince her to go to Disney instead. She's on the fence, but I think if I could find her a relatively inexpensive room/package she just might do it.

Here's the challenge...her dates are 6/7 - 6/16! I checked room rates for Marriott Courtyard and they are around $100/night. All-Star is coming in about $124/night so I thought if there was a promo code or PIN floating around anywhere, it might bring the price down to a comparable rate.

If anyone has any help or ideas, it would be greatly appreciated! She has AAA so that could be an option. TIA!!!

At this point I think that I would try Priceline.com and see if I could get something good.
