Ok, so I'm off on Thursday morning and have a copy of the awesome Simon V book to read on the plane, but haven't done much planning yet....

I've got 1 week (the other week recovering in the Gulf Coast) and I just want to cram as much as I can in during week 1. I have a 14 day Disney Pass and also a Seaworld Pass.

Is there a sensible way I can plan this to avoid busy days - or is it just a fact of life that Iam going at the busiest time ????

Any suggestions on how to plan the trip in such a short space of time......

I would read the book before you get on the plane!

Where are you staying? Can you utilise EMH days or are you offsite and best avoiding them?

I'm in Villas - so are you suggesting it is best to avoid days with the extra magic hour as people "on site" will benefit from the extra hour ??

Yeap. Rumour has it that when EMH is in the morning things can get pretty busy. I have a ps at AK on the morning of the EMH but am not unduly worried as by the time we have finished eating we would have missed out on a 'dead' park any way but I have amended my other parks days to make sure non clash when the park has EMH in the morning.

Off on Thursday morning - that's tomorrow  :Pinkbounc

We have always avoided whichever Disney park has EMH - even when staying onsite. It seems to makes the parks much busier than normal :confused3 There are plenty of others to choose from.

I will give you one tip . . . . don't worry about cramming it "all" in for the week you're in Orlando. We only ever spend a week in Orlando, preferring to spend our other two weeks down the gulf coast - where are you staying, by the way?

Just sit your family down and all get to choose a park they think they would prefer and take it from there.

There is so much stuff to do in Orlando you wouldn't be able to do it all in three weeks 24/7 :goodvibes

You will have a magical trip - just enjoy it, make a non-commando type plan for each day (ie, sit on the plane on Thursday and write down each day you are in Orlando which park(s) you are going to visit.

You get to relax down at the beach :cheer2:
