Last minute deals?

I am trying to talk my hubby into wdw in February, if our work schedule is where we can take off, so we are looking at a last minute booking (probably like the week before). On a last minute booking, what is the best way to book? We have triplets who are 2, but are terrified of characters up close (parades, etc. are fine) so while we will probably dine on site, not any close encounter character meals, and would like to stay on site in a deluxe resort or a villa style resort.

Disney doesn't do last minute deals really.

The last promotion for that time frame ended on Dec 30. There is a new promotion with a room & ticket discount being released tomorrow for Feb 24- June 15
