Last minute advice? Also question on Jack Day fees

Hi,

So my wedding is next week. I can't believe it's here already, and I feel like I'm forgetting a zillion things!!

Here's my last minute stuff:
Hair trim
Eyebrows
Nails

Stuff at Disney:
Hair/Makeup for wedding day
Dress/veil steaming

Stuff I'm bringing (dress related):
Wedding dress
Underskirt
Bra
Jewelry (don't have this yet)
Shoes (don't have yet)
Veil
Hair things (flowers, I think - don't have yet)

Am I forgetting to do anything or bring anything?

Also, can anyone tell me Jack Day's fees for an escape wedding? he's our officiant, and he told us over the phone, but now I can't remember and I want to make sure I have the right amount of money for everyone.
