Hi all! We’re set to sail with family in February 2023 but thinking about doing a last minute 3 night at the end of April (22-25). We’d be booking concierge. Is there any chance there’d be a cabana left? What about palo reservations? Anyone on that cruise that could let me know what’s left? TIA!

You will not get a cabana unless there is a last minute cancellation or the onboard team kept cabanas 17 or 18 for onboard booking and you get on the waitlist first.

There is always a spot for Concierge guests at Palo. Call the shoreside team once you book and they’ll book it.

Board asap and get on the waitlist for a cabana. You might get lucky and get a call (happened to me in October, but that was when cruising had just restarted), but don't count on it.

OH! So that's why 17 & 18 don't show up? I'm cruising end of May and I noticed that it goes 15, 16, 19.... for "SOLD OUT" but 17 & 18 aren't available either.

The Concierge teams holds back two cabanas for onboard booking. It used to be only one but it’s been two ever since those cabanas came back online after the hurricane a few years ago.

Onboard, the cabanas are the responsibility of the Concierge team. Therefore, they will inquire if a Concierge party wishes to have one of the two held back, or any available if there are any extra on both sides of the island. Once they have gone through all of them, they turn to the waitlist maintained by Guest services that covers regular guests.

Since you‘l be sailing Concierge, your best bet to have one if you are unable to book one before sailing is to get on the ship ASAP. You’ll be greeted by a Concierge host if you participate in the pre-boarding. Mention to that person your wish to have a cabana. They’ll get you one if they can.

That's super helpful! Thank you!
