Last Min. Disneyland Trip Needed! 9/6-9/9/05

Looking for a reservation for a last min. trip to Disneyland staying at either the Grand Californian or Disneyland Hotel and looking to rent points. I am new to this and only heard about it from a friend who rented points for a WDW vacation. I am looking to travel Sept. 6 - Sept. 9 for 3 nights, one adult and one 3 year old.
