So ill give you some backround:
2 adults 2 girls, 5 and 2
We have chosen our other FP: SDMT, A&E those are staying
We have done Peter Pan all together when they were a baby and 3
We have never done Tales with Belle
I am most interested in tales with belle but peter pan is also great and the line is always 70 min+
Shoud I FP Peter Pan and hope the standby for Tales with Belle isnt too bad (40 min is my max)
or should I garuntee FP for Belle and pretty mych sskip Peter Pan or hope for a standby miracle?
or should i FP Peter Pan, use all my Fastpasses (last once is at1pm) and hope i can get tales with belle for later in the day at one of the kiosks?
Does anyone know how the waits for Belle have been recently?
Whats you strategy recomandation?

FP for Pan will likely save you more time over one for ETWB. However, Pan has a new standby queue (that FP bypasses) that many people like and sounds like ETWB is more important to you.

My suggested FP priority list can be found in the green link in my signature.

That is a hard choice.

Are your kids night owls and do you plan to stay at the parks later in the evening? If so the lines for ETWB typically get very short late in the evening. If that is a possibility, I would FP+ Peter Pan.

Is getting a picture with Belle in her gold dress important to your girls? The only other place you can do that is if you have an ADR at Akershus. You can get a picture of Belle in her blue dress in WS at EPCOT. If the photo with Belle in the big ballgown is extremely important, I might use the FP+ for ETWB (if the girls are not night owls). BUT- be aware the ETWB meet and greet is not a traditional meet and greet and is not very good- Belle does not sign autographs, the girls will be rushed through and will not get to talk to Belle other than a quick hello; the picture will be Photopass and parents most often do not get to take your own picture unless you happen to be seated in the exact right position during the show to get a decent picture angle (there is no time to move into position to take a photo and we have seen CMs instruct parents not to do so and to remain seated on more than one occasion); the picture might be good or it might be so rushed it is not good at all - we have had both- and we also had one time where they lost our whole sessions photographs due to a camera or uploading error so no one got pictures. So if it is just for the photo, it is a bit of a gamble- but if that gold dress is important it might be worth it.

ETWB is pretty impressive for the cottage and special effects the first time. If your kids are outgoing and will participate in the play it might be fun for them. DD liked the play the first couple of times she did it- and after that it just became a necessary annoyance to be able to see the other things and to get to Belle to say Hello and get a picture.

Will you be at the parks at rope drop? If so and you go straight to Peter Pan, you can ride with no line. Everyone runs to 7DMT, A&E or ETWB now. The Peter Pan line will start building up pretty quickly, but you are okay if you go straight there at rope drop even if you are in the back of the crowd. I would say when we were there, it was probably good for the first 15 or maybe even 20 minutes, before the line started to really build.

I'd say it really depends on your kids and what they like best. For us, Peter Pan would be the priority as it is DD's favorite ride, and we would take our chances on ETWB. That is the classic ride at WDW we do not like to do without.

We were able to walk right in to ETWB right before closing on our last trip. If you are staying late, you might be able to do that. Peter Pan is a must every trip for us and I would not stand in line 60 minutes for it...so we prioritized our FP+ for it.

I would FP Peter Pan and get a 4th FP for Belle as soon as your last one of the day is used, assuming you'll use your FPs during the morning. I can see now that there are FPs available for Belle today as soon as 2:30. (The wait is also 30 minutes, but that's 30 minutes you could be doing something else.)

We always RD or FP Pan and utilize our other FPs with Mesaboy2's very accurate and informative topic. That said you guys, especially with girls that ages should do ETWB. Some friends of ours with girls in similar age groups did it last month and it was their favorite attraction of the trip. I did it with my boys when they were younger in the StandBy line. They loved it too, but that line felt like it was the longest we stood in all day at the park. We did it late morning. If you have the option to RD one or the other and then FP the other I would. If not I would FP pan and take your chances with 4th FP ETWB or shorter standby waits. I personally wouldn't want to stand in the standby line but in your case that's what I would recommend. From what I have read on these boards over time is getting a 4th FP for Pan is harder to get than ETWB.

I suggest FP Peter pan - you are right that the line there gets long fast and just seems to stay that way, where enchanted tales has more variation.

I think you'd have a decent chance of using them by 1p and getting Belle at a kiosk. If it's not available, you can just hold out for an acceptable SB wait.

ETA: I do like PPs suggestion to rope drop Peter pan so you can see the new queue. I don't often rope drop, so didn't consider that.

We've never experienced a significant wait for ETWB. There are plenty of times during the day that you can hop into line and not have a long wait.
