Today was my last day of nursing school
I graduate on Thursday April 30th
I am either #1 or 2 in class
It is a surprise they tell the 2 top students to write a speach just in case
I am so excited and proud to call my self a graduate nurse and hopfully soon pass the boards and be a NURSE
Congrats! You're done the easy part.

Now all you have to do is find a job.

Things were bad jobwise when I got out of school 13 years ago

, and all you could find were jobs in nursing homes. I stuck it out as a nurses aide while I went back to school for a year to get my bachelor's degree. Almost the same week I was done school, I was offered a job--one which I never left!
I was #2 in my class and they made me talk too--I hated it.

If you were #1 or 2, you should have no problem at all with the boards. I don't know if the procedure is the same as when I took them, but it took me a little more than 30 minutes and 75 questions and the computer shut off. If it shuts off after the minimum questions, 75, that usually means you got everyone wrong and should think about another career, or that you passed.

I am sure you will do great, and welcome to our esteemed profession of wiping poop!

Just kidding, it's much more than that.
