Curious as to what others do on their day of departure. We're staying at the Poly and check out time is 11:00 and ME won't arrive probably until 1-130. I'm afraid to go too far away from the Poly but was thinking maybe breakfast/lunch at the GF. I don't have ressies for Kona Cafe yet maybe we should do lunch then. What do you folks do?

I won't have any TS credits left on checkout day only CS. So we plan to swim, checkout, eat lunch at the food court and then head for home.

Thats probably what we'll do too. Stay right at the Poly since I'm nervous about missing ME and then eat at the Capt Cooks. We'll experience Kona Cafe on an earlier day - if I can find time. Thanks for the response.l

We're beginning a tradition of an 8 AM (or as close to) breakfast @ Crystal Palace. We talk about what we liked, what we didn't like, and what we're going to do different on our next trip. Plus, it's a great way to get into the park before everyone else! Characters are good that time of morning and their buffet it SO DELICIOUS!!!!

Thats sounds good as well - I have a feeling my kids will want to swim though. I'll keep this in mind. Maybe I could schedule an early brkfst and then cancel if we're too tired. I'll see what DH wants to do - hahahaha - like I'll get any help there! Just kidding - he tries but hes not into the disney thing at all. Thanks for the suggestion.

I really enjoyed having the bellhop pick-up my luggage at 7:30 A.M. and going over to the Magic Kingdom for an early morning. We ate yummy ham and cheese croissants and pastries at the bakery. It was great to ride several of our favorite attractions and have a hot dog at Casey's before taking the boat back for ME. We were able to make it for 1:30 just fine. Whatever you do savor those last moments!

I'd breakfast at the Crystal Palace because I could eat breakfast there every day of my life - I like it that much.

Kona is nice lunch, too. Especially if you can sit near the window. :)

I don't use any of the dining plans, though, and don't know what the deal is there.

We have had a late breakfast at Chef Mickeys and that was fun. We generally try to have a good CS meal before we leave because I don't like airport food.

I would do Kona for either breakfast or lunch. That's what we'll be doing on our last day at the Poly in July.

I think Captain Cooks would be good to do. I don't know - it is such a let down leaving , the thought of sitting down for a long meal is rather sad. Better to play some arcarde games or walk around, and eat counter service.

Since we always stay at the YC/BC, our tradition is to always end our trip with breakfast @ Cape May Cafe for the character breakfast and then go to the airport.... once last hurrah before home.... :goodvibes

:thumbsup2 Last year when we stayed at the Poly we had a 745 at Ohana with Stitch..shopped for last minute stuff and then bailed. This year we are staying at the Wildreness Lodge and have an 805 at Crystal Palace and it will pretty much be the same plan
