Last Comic Standing...love the final 4!

OK, the 1st season of this show, I loved because of the antics in the house! Dave Mordal and Rich Vos were hysterical together, and some network better pick them up for a sitcom! Tess, LOVED her in the house, her stand-up wasn't as good. Dat Phan....NOPE. Get a new act, imitating an Asian accent is getting very OLD.

Season 2...hated the house part..BORING. But with Alonzo and John and even Gary...the stand up was funny ( not sure if I like that most of them had already started a career in comedy, I like it more for ametuers)

So now, we have the final four of both season's, and all four of them are my top 4! I thought Dave Mordal should of won last season, he was "hands down" the funniest....and John Heffron...I think he is the funniest now! I love his delivery, and what he talks about. When he talks about being a kid, i could of grown up in his house! And when he talks about "apparantly, men we are not supposed to do this..." it is soo true! Rich Vos reminds me of my brother.... and Alonzo...he is laugh out loud funny!

Great show! I wil be sad when it ends next week....do you watch it? What do you think of the final 4?

I watch and am a huge John Heffron fan - but that being said, I think NBC jumped the shark with this season. It is too close to last season. I have lost interest and really by the end of the last season didn't want to hear their schticks any longer. It gets old. I haven't checked their ratings this season, but I think they blew it putting it on so soon. I try and find whatever else I can on TV when its on until John's bits.

I agree that the show came too close to the last episode of last season. I also like the interaction in the house. I didn't like this format at all. John is my favorite but I didn't think he was that funny last night. I'd rather see amateurs than people who are already ensconced in their profession. Rich Vos is very funny but had been doing stand-up for years, as many others. I hope they go back to the original format later this season. It's great watching them live together. One of the funniest things was when they played Hide and Seek and left Dat Phan hiding for over half an hour. I was roaring!!

That was when I had to stop snacking while I watched the show! When they showed Dat Phan hiding and telling the camera man to take off, he would give away his hiding spot, I was choking! Then Ralphie just sitting there reading a book! LOL!

I also loved the Dave/Rich in the tub. And they did a task, where they had to get pictures of certain things..and they kept showing Ralphie just standing there, not exerting himself in the least...when it came back that he got more than Rich....it was too funny!

I agree, they need to take some time off, and allow us to miss it, before starting up another one. If they do have another season, I want them to go back to the format of the 1st season, more in the house stuff, and more "raw" challenges.

I love all four of them, but I thought last night Rich was off his game. He seemed nervous or something - just not the same energy and confidence I've seen before. I thought Dave and Alonzo were the funniest last night. Love their material!

LOVE Dave Mordal but he does so much "cold weather" "minnesota" material I really didn't think he'd catch on this way.
He's fun to watch and it's a hoot to listen and nod my head knowingly.....!

I'm liking all 4 of the final four......which is unusual. I USUALLY pick the losers.

Did anyone see the article in the paper about Ralphie's reaction to getting eliminated. He said no one's doing "real" comedy there anymore except Alonzo Boden. He put down the comedy about remembering being a kid. It sounded like such sour grapes to me.

I was kind of disappointed in last night's show. Rich and Dave I liked really well in season 1 but I was offended last night by both of their acts and I don't offend that easily. Rich a basically child abuse, Dave with the ******** jokes. I don't like that word and I don't let my kids use it at school. They get in trouble for it. John did seem off his game and wasn't as funny as he had been. Alonzo was very funny as usual.

BTW I didn't like the house parts. It is a show about comedy and I enjoy the stand up acts better.

I was doing a search to find out what happened last night and saw some disappointing news--go to www.jaymohr.com he says that he was just informed that NBC has canceled the last episode of LCS and he explains why they had another season so close to the last one.
