LAST CALL for the 10/18/03 Eastern Magic Cruise!

Hey ! We made it home!

We have just returned from a wonderful vacation with Tim and Kamy... I never thought I would see SO much of the state of Michigan! What a great time.

I have also rarely, if ever, laughed and joked so much in my life. Wonderful places, wonderful friends... Thanks, dudes!!

And as Kamy said, don't worry about being nosey, because we all are! How do you think we got to be friends before we ever even met?? LOL

We met (physically!) at the DCL port less than 9 months ago, and have shared 3 wonderful vacations together since.

We will now slowly switch into 'cruise mode' now that our Mackinaw vacation is over, and the cruises are a mere 3 months away. 94 days actually, but who's counting?

So....we will see Beano and family 13 weeks from this Saturday!
This Oct 18 cruise is only 14wks from Saturday! Yahoo!!!
But who's counting! LOL!!!

I'm excited that on Friday, we turn the "corner" and go to "double digits". Well, at least for those of us who don't cruise until 10/18. I wish we were starting earlier too!

I have to agree with Beano. Bubba U-Turn, Bill Murray, Yoda, Cartman, Carl Childers, and Droopy just made the trip so funny. If the cruise is half as fun as last week, the rest of you are in for some show.

Now Bubba, all that joking and voice-acting was within the privacy of our own group, for our enjoyment. Do you really think it's appropriate for such behavior to take place on board a Disney ship, in the presence of other DIS folks??

Oh stop it, Paul! Don't make me take you out on the town at night to engage in questionable activities and butt-kicking libations. That would just be wrong... Sounds like fun! (Bring Pam).

Tim and I (and our spouses!) have goals for these cruises. We weren't known by everyone on board last year until the third or fourth day. This year, we want our reputations in place by 6PM on sailaway night. The scary part is, we'll probably succeed! Singing the entire soundtrack to "Willy Wonka" in the stairwells oughta do it. I know I'll be in character for it. Grandpa Joe drank beer and slurred, right?

Man, this is gonna be fun.........don't worry Paul, I know you got just as much silliness in you! You can do it...just let go of your inhibitions and get ready to party! (kind of like last year in Cozumel! LOL!!!)

I think we can do it Beano.....I think people will know us right away.....maybe the matching shirts and name tags will give us away! LOL!!!!

If not by the matching shirts and nametags, we should still be recognizable as the morons who are laughing and jumping around like we have ants in our pants. Our kids will probably bring bags to put over their heads to hide the shame. We are such good parents!

I wonder if they'll allow us to use a BBQ and a keg in the port?

Im traveling with my DH, DS who will be 6 and my nephew who's 17. This will be my nephew's first time on the cruise as well as his first time to Florida, he has no idea what he is in for, I can't wait to indroduce him to the fun.
