Which of the DVC resorts is the largest and offers the most rooms, does anyone know?

Looks like all but 3 match.

SSR difference seems to be the 60 Tree House Villas that were recently added to that resort

Don't know why there is a difference of 3 units for VB

IF VGV is VGC then the 71 listed by DVC Mike is = to the 71 max posted by Webmasterdoc

But some resorts on the same list are counting the 2 bedroom lockoffs as one and other resorts as separate studio & 1 bedroom. Officially, DVC counts them as one, so VGC should be 48.

In the list I posted, the number of units reflects the total of dedicated and lock-off villas and the maximum # includes the rooms available as individual Studios/1BR when not reserved as a 2BR. At most resorts, the lock-offs are reserved as a combination of 2BRs, Studios and 1BRs so in practice the maximum # of villas will never be actually reserved. It does occur frequently at HH, where they usually only reserve the lock-offs as separate Studios and 1BRs except when the HCA villas are needed as a 2BR.

In Mike's list, it appears that the THVs are not included for SSR and he used the maximum number of villas for GCV instead of the official count used in his other totals. It also looks like he used a maximum number for his total but I'm not sure why the maximum numbers vary for VB and can't think of an explanation for a variance of 3 villas there. I've maintained this list for over 10 years now, adding new resorts as they opened but VB has been unchanged during that time. If anyone has information to support either number, please provide that so the list can be updated.
