I have been looking at some of the larger villa's - looking at 5 - 6 and 7 bedrooms in places like Formosa Gardens. So many of these have full availability for the year, it must be pretty tough for these people. I did get offered a fabulous discount from one guy and we may have taken in because it was the same price as a tiny two bed flat in Cornwall we rented and where it rained a lot of the time.

The one thing that put me off is that this place slept upwards of ten people possibly twelve as it had a sofa bed as well but only had two sun loungers.
I have three kids and I have been in a villa with only 4 loungers and it just causes arguments between the kids as to who is having a lounger and who gets left with a chair. I know its Disney and you will be out a lot but when you are relaxing at the villa you don't want to be having to sit upright in a chair.

I think you are right to expect a minimum amount of loungers - though not necessarily one for each person that the villa can accommodate. 2 for a villa that size however does seem to be a little bit on the low side.
Having said that it certainly wouldn't put me off booking it if the price is as good as you are suggesting. I would also be inclined to email/phone the owner and ask if it is true that there are only 2 sun loungers. It could be he has more but hasn't updated his website/information to reflect this as he didn't see it as a clincher. He may also be persuaded to spend a few dollars in Walmart if he thought it was the difference between securing a booking or not :thumbsup2

I did email him and he came back and told me that there were two and four chairs. In a house that size I would expect at least 6 sun loungers. The price he offered was very good and it was lovely. However it still works out almost £1k more than our top of the list which is equally lovely and in the Formosa Garden area. These have offered a discount as well because they had a cancellation and they have six sun loungers!

It could be due to space around the pool that they don't offer a lot of sun loungers sometimes even though the house is bigger the pool area is around the same size as a smaller villa :)

For the money you will save you could buy the kids a couple of cheap loungers from Walmart and still be better off and dealing with less arguments. ;)

Then to me it sounds like a no brainer.
Go for the one on the top of your list as you obviously like it, plus it's £1K less and has all the sun loungers you need
