Has anyone ever booked a large group for a sporting event or band event We are palnning a trip next memrial day for a soccer tournament at wide world it will be 17 players and their parents.Any tips or hits for ways to do this cheaply I want to stay on property possible AS.

I was in charge of info gathering for my son's baseball team for the New Year's baseball tournament held every year and I filled out an online form at www.disneysports.com I was contacted by a very knowledgeable CM there and she answered tons of questions and sent me written info as well. Ultimately, we didn't end up participating, but they will basically walk you thru the process. I doubt there is any specific info for the soccer tournament for Memorial day yet, but there may already be an agency involved in planning it. Many of the WWoS events are run by Anthony Travel. They might also have info to assist you. I'm pretty sure that is www.anthonytravel.com
