Large Point Balance At BLT For Rent

I have some larger contracts at BLT, enough to rent the 3BR Villas, and can reserve there 11 months out. I can reserve at any resort 7 months out.

I'm renting for $14 a point. These contracts are all my own, our family is just not visiting frequently enough to use all the points. I have been an owner for 4 years at BLT and can answer most questions about renting there. I have rented in the past and can provide references if necessary.

As soon as I close and get my member # (prob 4 - 6 weeks), I will be in the market for approx 250 point transfer that can be used in September 2015.

I know this is late to ask this but do you happen to any open for Sept 20-22 2013 at BLT? Kinda a surprise gift for my husband on our 11 year anniversary. I am looking at anything up to Magic view which the points range from 32-46.
