Large Party size ...15

It depends on how far in advance you call and what's available when you do. Last year, I made ADRs for our group of 21 and called well in advance (near the 180-day mark). Many of the places I reserved wouldn't commit to having us all seated together, but most did so by moving tables around when we arrived. Note that WDW is upgrading the ADR system, so currently you can call up to 90 days in advance.

I hope they can accomodate my party of 12! It would be ok if they split our tables though! Any suggestions on a good restaurant? i was thinking teppan edo or biergarten in EPCOT. Was also thinking of the Crystal Palace. :dance3:

With groups over 8 you can become a Magical Gathering, there are special events you can book such as character breakfast, dinner safari, illumminations dinner, wishes cruise. At all of these your group will be sat together. Also, I think they help you in some other ways but since I just signed up (by calling Disney with all names, res. #'s) I'm not quite sure yet.

We are also a starting as a group of 12, then changing to 8 At CP I was told may have to be split up (12), at Biergarten the tables sit eight only.

Unfortuantly, when i ran the choices for the grand gatherings, some of my party members weren't into the idea of it. that's why i chose to do a dinner instead.
I actually can't believe someone would not want to see Wishes from a boat! How much more perfect can that be? No crowds of people fighting over a good spot in front of the castle!!!

I phoned and booked some adr's and had to split my group up in either 2 or 3, but I was able to book and it is more then 90 days out. I think the upgrade to the system is that you can only book up into Jan 25, 2009. Just thought I'd let you know in case someone is waiting.

we found with our large group that even when they told us they would have to split us up while making the reservation, they always sat us at one big table at the restaurant (with the exception of those little cars at the Sci Fi!)
