There will be 14 of us going down at the beginning of December. I'm hoping to snag CRT ressies for all of us. Is there any hope? Can I call the regular number and make reservations for two smaller groups or do I have to go through the large group number (I've heard about this but don't know much). And if you have to go through another number, is there any hope of getting the PS? Has anyone done this?

Any group over 6 at CRT is considered large! We managed to get a PS for CRT Breakfast for 9, but at 2 tables! I suggest getting the ressie for all 14...but have others call at 7:00AM too!

My advice is to call group dining now and ask them your questions. That way you will know where you stand and can make your plans accordingly.

FWIW, 14 is a large group for CRT - not sure if you can all be accomodated at one table or even near each other unless you manage to snag a PS for the very first seating.

Best wishes -

Hey, I just booked a seating for 12 at cindy's. they only have a table large enough for 12 and all they had available was at 8:25 am (my preference) but noone else wanted that early, so I had to do 2 tables at 10:00. The cm didn't know if we would be together, but I am hoping so. Good luck--- I followed the tips on this board and they worked like a charm! Oh, I forgot, any group 13 or more and you have to go through group booking. We actually have 13, but my 2 older sons don't want to go so we are going to let them stay in the park. We are going to have to pay deposit for the 12th seat, but she said that if I needed to change the amount of people to less than 12 , but more than 6 then I would have to delete resv and start over and I didn't want to take the chance of losing totally. Good luck!!

I snagged ps for our party of 15 this past year for 2 different days- we cancelled the one we didn't want. anyway, here is our experience. I suggest getting at least 2 other people calling with you- we had 5 calling. The first day we were out of luck. By the time we were all transferred to group dining- and all of us were but one, it was too late. A very nice cm told me that they are supposed to transfer you if you have more than 12 people- however, she did not transfer me. so, the next day we all asked for ps for 12 people- and 2 of us got them. We then called back and reduced one of the 12 to 3- this worked because they were not at one table. I would try this method- everyone asking for 12 or as many as possible, that way if not everyone gets in- as many as possible do. Then, just call back and try to reduce one of the ressies- this may not always work b/c there is a large table for 12 people and they won't let you reduce it once you've booked it, but if you have two ps you will probably get to reduce one. Now, the tricky part was time. We all asked for anytime- just wanting our princesses to eat in the castle- but we got lucky and our ps were only 20 minutes apart. We showed up at the same time- like 8:20 or so- and we were seated pretty close in time. Our tables were not together, but we were OK with that.
A large party is not impossible, just recruit you some help!
Good luck! princess:
