Large-Group Reservations at TS Restaurants

Do TS restaurants accept large-group reservations (as in around 40 people)? My DH and I are planning a trip for the Beta Club he sponsors, and he is thinking they might enjoy a couple of TS restaurants (Ohana and Whispering Canyon Cafe). Will this even be possible???
