I am planning a trip in Oct 2004 for my whole family....which as of right now is 14 but there could possibly be another 1-2 added by then!!!!

We'll be there for 10 days....so we won't be together all the time, but hopefully we will be able to enjoy a character breakfast/lunch or be able to meet together at the end of the day for a nice/fun dinner. How realistic is it to think we will be able to eat all together at the restaurants around WDW? Are there some that we just will not be able to go to at the same time...which ones cater to larger groups?

TIA!!!

We went with 13 over Thanksgiving. As a group, we ate at 1900 Park Fare for dinner (Pooh, soon to be Cinderella), Mama Melrose for dinner (same day PS) and Gulliver's Grill at the Swan (Thanksgiving with Goofy and Pluto, they also have some Lion King guys on other nights). Just call around and ask, do it early, as soon as you are allowed to make a PS, and see what you can get. I found the dining ressie folks very helpful.

Good luck and enjoy!

We usually go with a party of 10 to 12. You need to make your ressies as soon as the are available. Alot of the time the will tell you that you have to take 2 or 3 tables. Most of the time when we got there we had one big table. Alfredo's and Le Cellier in epcot always give us one table. Also when making the ressie's if they do have large tables they sometimes only have early or late times. (5:30 or 8:30).

Hope this helps.

We usually eat at the Cape May Cafe. I just made a ressie for 18 for our upcoming trip. They usually say they might have to split up the party but we've always been seated together. They alway take one of the sections with a long bench on one side and move the tables together with a break or too so you can get to the buffet easier. Last year we had 11 at Boma at one large table. Buffets are somewhat easier with a large group, especially with multiple families since everyone's meal is the same price. Just make sure to make PS as soon as you can or else you're options may be limited.
