Large Family Reunion Help?

Hi!

We are dreaming/scheming up a plan for a large family reunion (40-50 people) at Disney World in summer 2023. Our general game plan is to let everyone make their own travels plans (flying from all over the country), but have everyone meet up in MK for a Character Breakfast on Day 1, and then a Dinner at a Resort or Disney Springs Day 2. (Lots of animal lovers in our family, so we will be strongly encouraging everyone to join us at AK for Day 2).

Our problems are:

1) Can you make reservations for 40-50 people at Cinderella's Castle or Crystal Palace? And how?

2) Recommendations for the Dinner of Day 2? (Bonus points: we like dancing!)

You're going to have to call Disney about this. With those numbers you're running into a special events situation. The restaurants normally will not make reservations for that many people just through normal channels you have to go through their special events department. As far as having your whole party eat at the restaurant inside the castle. They would probably treat that as you renting it out for a special event and charge you an extreme amount of money for it. Just give them a call and they'll be able to answer all of your questions. Have fun.
