OK, I'm pretty much decided that I want to sell my big DVC contract 270 points at SSR and keep smaller ones. Let's say I had 4 - 25 point contracts..... I have 2 questions, first is it better to have these contracts, since they are so small at the same resort and second, should they all have the same use year??:confused3
Thanks.

If you purchase these contracts through Disney they will have the same UY as your original contract but you could have 4 different resorts. You really need to look at how you want to use them. If you want the 11 month advantage and will use banking, using current points and borrowing resulting in 75 points; will that give you enough to do what you want at 11 months? If not you may want to have 2 resorts with 2 25 point or 1 50 point contract each. If you can plan on booking at the 7 month or less point then it probably doesn't matter as all points are equal at that time.

OK...so if I want to add-on let's say 2 - 25 point contarcts to my original SSR purchase, I will have the same use year as the original contract? If I added on these two contracts can that be closed at the same time with one closing cost or will it be considered two seperate transactions? Can these be financed through Disney, if so do you have any idea of what the terms would be (approximately)? We own our original contract, it is paid in full, if that makes a difference.
