Just wanted to add that the second lapu lapu will be cheaper than the first, since you can re-use the original pineapple. Order a mai-tai and pour it into your pineapple, it's the same thing. (A poly bartender told me to do this)

If you don't want the pineapple, just order a mai-tai. They are much much cheaper than lapu lapus. Also, you can't get lapus at the pool bar, but you can get a mai-tai.

I find most mixed drinks at Disney to be really weak, actually. The Lapu Lapu has never impressed me much. Try the Zombie.
