Lapu Lapu Recipe?

Hi folks,

We're hoping to make Lapu Lapu's for New Year's Eve and was wondering if anyone knows what's in them?

Lapu Lapu
Tambu Lounge


1 oz. Meyer's Rum
1/2 oz. Bacardi 151
Scorpion Mix (half sour mix and half orange juice)
Garnish: Cherry
Served in a pineapple

use the straw to dig into the pineapple fruit!!

We made them last night minus serving them in the pineapple and I couldn't believe what a difference that made. Not nearly as sweet, guess I just didn't factor that in. Back to the grocery store to pick up pineapple juice. Other than that it was great.

Ditto! Sitting out there watching the show, with a nice tropical drink is just perfection. I have been in WDW on 2 of my birthdays and both times, thats what we did to end the night!
