laptop / netbook

Thanks goofy. For the record the iphone doesnt have a manual. This is obserd to someone who has never had one.Found an iphone help icon but that was it.Locked to orange and decided not to take it. The sim for my old phone is for texting only and only my mom and ex husband have it-they know not to call. The netbook was looked at by a specialist and he head the same problem.Think it was the make and model.
I normally access bank direct from web address no probs on iphone.
We are at RPR for 5 nights and its the 3rd day i need to check bank to see if wages gone in.They have a free interenet access and comp as we are staying club.
Thanks so much for explaining:cutie:

Have you looked online by doing a search for user guide downloads? Technology doesn't really come with manuals these days except for a quickstart sheet. I was able to download the user guide for my camera and read through it (well start to) before it even arrived. There must be something on there. Also if you go onto reviews and forums for your particular product there is plenty of practical info to be found. :goodvibes

Have you used google for that manual? I  google. Have found me a many manuals when an article didn't come with it. We all know Apple is a bit of a nutcase company ;) but seeing how many folks have got iPhones, I would suspect at least one of them has come up with a manual and put it online. Doesn't hurt to go on a hunt, and who knows what you might find?

You should be able to do the exact same thing in the US as in the UK for internet banking. If you have any worries about it, talk it over with the bank but really should be fine. One of the reasons they started internet banking is to make it easier on themselves (what a customer does, doesn't have to be done by a paid employee  ) and the customer, so we can bank 24/7 where ever we are. Some banks and cc companies are very aware of possible abuse, in which case it would be wise to give them a heads up when using services abroad. No clue how UK banks and companies handle that.

So basically you should be set at US and WDW as far as internet goes. Just have to do a bit of a stroll for that at WDW. Or go shopping, of course. :rolleyes1
