Lap Desk for car trips

I found the Crayola Travel Turtle lap desk for $5 on clearance at WalMart yesterday. They were in the school supplies clearance section. I was so excited because DH and I have been looking at them on Amazon and were contemplating ordering them from there for $15 apiece plus shipping.

I've got them hidden away for our WDW trip which will be a very long car ride!

OK - my DS wants me to put a MIckey Mouse on here ...

Great deal! Our Wal-Mart never has anything cool once they clearance prices hit. Well, once a couple weeks ago I did see a Spiderman lap desk type thing, and they had *tons* of them. I didn't want to pick it up that day as I had ds with me, but when I went back a day or two later, all gone!

we found great ones at Target on clearance awhile back...they attach to the back of seat, look like briefcases and have tons of storage on the inside(seperate place for coloring books,reading books, markers, pens, water bottle...etc). I thought my girls would never go for them because they have NASCAR racing on it....girls said cool and we won't tell if you don't!! Picked the last two up at under $10 a piece.

Lap desks are great companions on any trip!!
