It's easy to make your own. Buy some grosgrain ribbon and the accessories at Hobby Lobby or Michaels. You can also go on utube for video instructions.

Or buy pre-made plain lanyards at office supply store [in local one they're in nametag section]. And then decorate them...

Thank you, I did google and it came up with lots of options, that why I was looking for input from others who used a specific company with success - its hard to make a decision and I don't want to waste money and get bad service!

Yesterday I was in Target and saw a kit to make your own glow in the dark lanyard. It was by the stationary where you would find the crayons and do it yourself kits.

I hear a lot of good things about Lanyard Lab too but I think they do them in bulk so it might not be the best option for just a few.

I was going to recommend Lanyard Lab as well. The owner also has a very respectable Disney website too and is pretty well known in the on-line Disney community. I've yet to order from LL but I'm pretty sure you would get good service and not feel you've wasted money.

I have personally ordered from Lanyard Labs and must say, both the Lanyards and the service was great. I would order again without hesitation.

But...in your case, the minimums are 100 I believe, so not practical.

Depending on what you want, Charming Charlie and actually STAPLES(!) both have the pretty beaded ones that look like necklaces as well. It depends on whether you mean 'custom' as in personalized with your name, or just different than the ones others will have.
