There were only two styles left when I went this morning, and I wasn't crazy about either of them, but I did get a wonderful deal on a great winter coat, gloves, hat, scarf, and ear warmers!!! I was planning to purchase those items for myself after Christmas, anyway. This worked out great. Thanks for letting us know about the codes. I went ahead and signed up for Ebates, and I was able to use my Shop Your Way rewards, too. I ended up getting everything for less than the listed sale price of the coat, which was way less than the original price!

You guys won't be disappointed with these stockings and $6 is an amazing price for them. I got ours 8 years ago when my youngest was born so his design is babyish compared to the rest of ours, and every year he mentions something about it. I ordered him the Santa one and I really hope its here before Christmas so "Santa" can surprise him with it

FYI...I checked the status of my order this morning to see if my 3 stockings had shipped. They had not but my order now only showed 2 stockings, with one unavailable! I have three kids so as you can imagine, only 2 getting new stockings would not work! I got on the live chat with the rep and at first she told me they would try to cancel my order. So I was ok with that, even though I really wanted the stockings. But then she came back on and said that customer service "found" some in the style I was missing and that they could still fill my order. Yay!

So I would recommend checking your orders to see if they have modified your original order and contacting them immediately if they have. Hope no one else has any trouble!

I ordered my stockings on the 16th (and placed another order on the 17th and 19th). She said that my first two orders had shipped yesterday (the 20th). I asked why I had not gotten a shipping email, and she said maybe because things were so crazy busy Anyway, I hope all my stockings are in there

Oh, I hope they are, too! The rep told me that mine will come in two separate orders now, after Christmas. I didn't place this order until the 17th so hopefully you ordered early enough that you won't have any issues!

I had placed a different order on the 19th and had already received a confirmation email for that order. That's what sparked me to check the status of my stockings.

I'd like to add a shout out for great service from the Landsend CS rep I dealt with as well. I made a couple orders (not the stockings, but other things sent directly to various relatives.) I didn't get an email for one and was fretting a bit over whether it went through or not. Turns out I'd typed in my email address wrong (whoops!) but the rep was very gracious about it in her reply. Resent it to my correct eamil address- all is good!

I ordered some on the 17th and received them here in Canada today. I've ordered from Landsend before and always had great service, but delivery of a monogrammed item on the 3rd business day after ordering is amazing!

We are in a new house this Christmas, so I wanted some new decorations. Figured I'd buy at the post-Christmas sales, but having them in time for Christmas is even better. I hope the kids like them as much as I do!

I had ordered my stockings 2 days before the sale and was upset that I paid $17.50 or so instead of the 5.99 for 6 stockings.

Someone here suggested I call Lands end. They refunded the difference so that I paid 5.99!! That was a savings of almost $67 dollars that they refunded to my cc!

I ordered two personalized ornaments from Lands End in Nov. They arrived -- one was broken.

So I called and they re-shipped the replacement. When I received it, I shipped back the broken one.

Yesterday, I received a second replacement! And another charge on my credit card.

When I called she was over the top apologetic -- they are SO BUSY and trying very hard to make sure everyone gets everything by Christmas! So she said send it back and they will refund me.

I have to say they have pretty good customer service! One time a throw I had ordered for my mom for christmas was on back order for two months and they delivered it at about 9:00 Christmas eve!!!!! They paid for the overnight shiping.

I wanted to add that Lands End stands behind their product if anything is wrong. Customer service is excellent too


I just hope they have another great sale so I can stock up on a couple more things for myself.

Well, heck. I checked on mine, and one of the stockings is out of stock and there are NO stockings of any sort available anymore. There's not even one laying on the stockroom floor. At least the one out of stock was the ugly one I was complaining about earlier--the iceskaters. Since that one was going to be mine, I can pick out one I like early in the Christmas season next year...

I still have never gotten a "shipped" email, but when I check the status of my orders on Lands End, they are all on a truck to be delivered today
I cant believe I ordered 8 personalized stockings late on the 16th and they are going to be delieverd today on the 22nd. Even my 2 other orders from the 17th and 19th are on the truck for delivery. Way to go Lands End. I just hope all of my stockings are in there after some of the previous posts!

I ordered my dd a replacement battery for her cell phone on the 14th from another company. It is listed as first class shipping (started out in NV) and it is STILL sitting in KY!! Good grief!

UPS man just came with all three of my orders
All of my stockings were there and they look GREAT!!
DD's shoes are too small....guess I will have to send those back, but everything else was good

I received my stockings yesterday, they are hung on the mantle . I ordered my son (8) some jeans too and they fit him perfect . I think i placed like 6 orders this past week . I ordered a sleeping bag for my daughter's January birthday, it is now on sale, but I still paid more than $10 less and had free shipping .
