Yes if you have a lands end section in your Sears ( I don't think all stores do). I'm not sure of the policy if you don't.

Yes, you can. Our Sears no longer has a Lands End section, but it still takes returns. I did one yesterday.

Yes, we've done it many times and they've made exchanges and reorders very easy for us.

Yep, my Sears doesn't have a Lands End, but they will take any Lands End return.

Fine print...Sears stores that do not sell Lands End can only accept online returns, they can not accept LE returns from clothes purchased at another Sears. Basically, the catalog clothes get shipped back, regardless if it is a LE Sears or not, the store clothes just go back on the rack.
