Landing at 9:45 PM on a Weds night...

Which car rental place would still be open at the airport that late and easy to access at the airport? (booking rental car is our next step).

We will be landing at 9:45 (Jet Blue, are they usually on time?) and we will have nothing but carry on luggage and plan to get off the plane, get our rental car and drive to POP Century, hopefully in time to grab a snack before bed.

We will need to activate our APs before we check in since we got an AP rate. I've never had an AP before so I have no idea how to do that.

Can anyone give me some tips?

As far as the rental car, most of the "in airport" agencies will keep someone there until the last flight comes in.

Just go online and book your rental car and request your pickup time to be about 15 minutes after your flight arrives. The website won't let you book for that pickup time if the desk is closed.

As far as activating your annual pass, the easiest way to do that would be to drive to Downtown Disney and stop by the guest services office near "Disney Days of Christmas" or the "Information Kiosk" near the Westside and AMC 24.

Then you can go over to Pop Century and get checked in. The food court stays open till 10pm or 11pm so you should be able to get a snack there. If you are running late on time, there are plenty of late night food options in Downtown Disney.

There is also pizza delivery to your room until 11pm or midnite.

Actually I would not worry about activating your voucher that late at night. We have been AP holders off and on (mostly on) for 10 years now, and usually make 3 to 4 AP hotel reservations/year. Only one time have I ever been asked for the AP at check in, and all I had was the voucher (and my old, expired AP). I showed it to the CM who kindly said "If its not too much trouble, sometime during your stay please stop by the desk and show them your valid AP after you have it in hand" Which I happily did the next day and they just waved me on with a "Don't worry about it"

I am sure if you had the voucher with you that late at night it would suffice for check in.

Alamo is open at MCO. We came in on JetBlue Thursday night same time as you. Flight was on time (and it left 1/2 hour late ) JetBlue is wonderful!! By the time we got to the garage to pickup our compact car..they were gone. We ended up with an upgraded gold SUV (that my 6 yr old picked out) We always go w/ Alamo, we usually just keep the car 24 hours and then drop off at dolphin.
