Hello:wave: , I have yet another Land/Sea Question.... what time can I hope to get to AK on our day of arrival? We are staying at AKL but do not have any idea what time our flights are as of yet. WE booked through at TA so I do not expect to know until we get our docs.

So, I guess my question really narrows down to, what time did you get to a park your first day after flying in?

We are heavily relying on doing AK the day we get there in order for our plan to work out correctly.

Thanks for all those who will respond :thewave:

I'm not sure if this helps but.....we did the land/sea in May (toooo long ago:( ) and our flight arrived in Orlando at about 9am. We were already tired from a 6am flight! We took it easy around the resort (Beach Club), went swimming and enjoyed things "close to home." It wasn't until that evening when we ventured over to Epcot. Which would be the same as you heading over to AK since Epcot was so close to our resort....it was a very relaxing day after a VERY early flight! We didn't want to get burned out on our first day!

We did the 4 day land/3 day sea....it was perfect!! We went to all parks - and MK twice! We did save AK until the last day as that is where the bus picked us up to leave for the cruise - so it worked out great! :sunny:

The only problem we found was that once onboard the ship - the time flew sooooo very quickly!

Hope this helps somewhat! Have a great trip and enjoy EVERY moment:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

From the time we arrived at MCO...figure in getting luggage, waiting for Disney transfer, and actually arriving at the hotel, figure a good 2 to 2 1/2 hours from the time you land.

Also, keep in mind that AK closes earlier than the rest of the parks... 6pm...there is no night time hours...
