Land/Sea Packages & Resort Rooms

[Super Goof]

We're booked for a Land/Sea cruise package in January 2006 at the Polynesian and on the Wonder. When I made the reservation, I asked for a Lagoon view room in a couple specific longhouses. My cruise reservation confirmation arrived yesterday and it lists us in a Standard room at the Poly. I called the Cruise Line and they said call the Poly. I called the Poly, and they said call the Cruise Line. How can I ensure that we get the Lagoon view room?

Hi Super Goof..I have the land/sea package booked too for June...I requested water view at Caribbean Beach Resort with our package. My TA told me that he can request it only and that Disney does not guarantee I will get the village I want or the view. According to him, we are guaranteed a regular room only. So, maybe that is your case as well...only the regular room is guaranteed and your lagoon room is "requested" persay...I hope you get the room you want...hope maybe that helps.....Have a great trip!!!!!
