Land/Sea Luggage Transfer Question

I have the land/sea package and I have read that if you put special tags on your luggage at your departure airport that your luggage will magically appear in your resort room. But, I am using Happy Limo to get from MCO to Resort and was wondering if the same applies when not using DCL transfers to get to your resort.

I believe you have to have the DCL transfers for your luggage to be picked up. We did this last month and yes, our luggage arrived in our hotel and then again in our Wonder stateroom. There should be a page in your docs that talks about what to do with the tags if you are not using DCL transfers. Good luck!

In general I think that's true, you have to have purchased Disney transfers. However, ams71, depending on when you're going, I believe I've read about free transfers to the resorts as part of the 50th Anniversary celebration. Check out the resort boards and ask about that.
