Land/ Sea Combo For Christmas Questions

Hi, So I think I finally have it figured out as for what type of vacation my 2 daughters and I are going to take for Christmas this year. The Land/Sea package seems to be the best for my family. The plan is to be at WDW for Dec 18- 22, then board Disney Dream for a 4 night Very Merry Christmas Cruise. So my question is:

1) What are people's thoughts or experiences with the Land/Sea Package ? Did you love it and what would you do differently?

Once again, any information or tips you can give me would be appreciated. !!!

We love land and sea vacations. I normally book my own Disney World trip and then my Disney Cruise separate unless they were running a special. I booked the Land/Sea package through Disney Cruise Lines once and I had a hard time linking my Disney World Hotel reservation to the webpage. Maybe it is easier now. But definitely do both. It makes for a great vacation. Make sure you look into the Disney World Very Merry Christmas Party.

We generally do land for a few days before cruise because we have to fly from AZ do it just makes more sense to us.

If this is your first cruise I would definitely use DCL transportation if your flying to Orlando, you'll get on the ship a little later than if you had private transfers but they make it so dang easy.

I would also say don't over plan your cruise, relax and enjoy the laid back atmosphere of cruising. Just my $.02
