I completely agree. DH and I walked out of the theater and shrugged...take it or leave it. Of course, I didn't have high hopes for it anyway, but DH was so excited about it. He was pretty disappointed.
We're going to see "Hangover" tomorrow night, though...hoping it will be funnier than LOL!
We're going today. I'd rather see it on DVD, but dh wants to see it now. I do love Will Ferrell though, so I'm hoping for som laughs. He's a fellow USC alumni.
I'd LOVE to see The Hangover! I'm hoping to see it sometime this summer.
I heard a review that called it "one big dinosaur turd" and despite its PG 13 rating, a lot of parents with kids were experiencing "cringable" moments.

Yes, I agree with the parents cringing! I was one of them! Holy Toledo!! It WAS rated PG 13, but I for one have gotten so numb to ratings anymore. My kids saw all the PotC movies and others like that... its the sexual stuff that I dont like and thats deffo what you cringe about in LOL. The sad part is those "parts" didnt contribute anything to the movie in anyway. If they left those out and rated it G they probably could have made double the $$. Gotta love Will Ferrell though. ONe part my hubby and I still are laughing about... and the ratings and the kids... that was my own fault for not checking. I ASSUMED when I should have RESEARCHED.
