OP: If you are coming through Osage Beach and will be here for breakfast, try "On the Rise - Bakery and Bistro". It is soooo delicious! It is a little pricy, but it's the best breakfast food I've ever had. It is on Hwy 54.

We really aren't on a schedule, except we have to be back home on sunday... We are leaving here on friday am.

We would like to be 'near' Springfield MO on Friday afternoon... But if we are couple of hours from there, that is fine. We figured we could ride the rest of the way on Sat... then turn around and come back this way sat afternoon....
Rest of the way home on Sunday.
I would like to stay in Osage Beach area either Fri night or Sat night? We could easily eat breakfast there on Sun am before starting home
