Lake Geneva, WI in Patterson book!:)

I know there are a few Lake Geneva, WI lovers on the DIS...I just finished reading a book by James Patterson called "Sam's Letters to Jennifer" that is completely set in Lake Geneva! The book is quick reading, and while the story is not really the greatest, it was kind of fun to read a book that talked about a place I really love a lot!!! Last week, in Lake Geneva, they even had James Patterson day and gave him a key to the city! Just a heads up for my Lake Geneva-lovin' buddies here on the DIS!

I find it so weird that he's writing those kind of books now. The snake scene in Kiss the Girls is the most disturbing book passage I've ever read. And now I'm going to be thinking about it all day . . .

I read an Alex Cross (I think that's the guy's name?) detective story. This book is different in that it's kind of a love story, although there was a love story incorporated in the book I read before. I just thought it was so cool that Lake Geneva was the background for the book!

I recently read ''Suzannes Diary for Nicholas''..cried my eyes out....I am planning on reading ''Sam's Letters to Jennifer'' on my WDW trip in a few days...I hope it is as good...

Hey Donna, my aunt lives in Lake Geneva!! One of my DD9 favorite books is about Geneva Lake...it was done by kids. I want to say it was called "postcards from Geneva Lake", but I'm not sure.
