You may have heard about the former airport at WDW. It's near the MK parking lot and is visbile from the busses going to the Epcot and Downtown Disney are hotels. It's also visible from the monorail going to and from Epcot.
The airport was used for a while and even had regular commuter flights at one point. It's now used as a staging area for busses and it's where tractor tailors (presumable carrying construction and other supplies) are parked and was used to store Fort Wilderness cabins as they were delivered.
