Lady's Ride and Quest

The quest was great but i never answered the last question for about 20 minutes after because I thought i finished it. I got 61st.

Here's what happened:
I got the jewel and went back on the river. When I got to the teleporter, it took me back to the first segment of the river in that room. After seeing that happen, I thought I needed to use the boat teleporters to get to the next segment and out of that room. So I got on the first boat only to find out the the second boat did not have a way to get to the river from where it was at. In order to keep going on the quest, I went back to the start room and went on from there. I'm not sure why the teleporter did what it did because a few seconds after I got stuck, I saw a girl go through the way it was meant to work. I just think it was a strange little glitch.

Hey Lady! Omg your quest was so awesome I ranked 10th woot! Ok i could've done better lol but my cousins wanted to use the computer so I had to like sort of scream and yell at them and then finally finish your quest, but it was so awesome lol

Wow! lol I have no idea how you did that but I am sorry you got stuck! glad you finished the quest though. I will go in there tomorrow and see if I can do something else. Maybe I should just take the boats out but I thought they were a nice touch in there. I will check it out.

Thanks all for your nice comments! I was at disneyland tonight (getting more prizes, woot!) and was too tired to get on when I got home. I will however have my quest open tomorrow so be watching the board for when I open. And if you have already done the quest feel free to do it again. I might mix it up a bit but might wait till the weekend to do that as it takes me a long time to do stuff in the quest machine LOL.

My second time through was full of glitches. Didn't have anything to do with the quest itself, as my son didn't have as many problems as I did, though he did have some, and i didn't have ANY if what I saw that night the night before! The time it took trying to see the rooms ungarbled, the words in the quest question box, or to hit 'next question', often reopening the box a few times, put me in 52nd place..just out of prize vicinity. But I did win a nice tiki the night before! Oddly even though my son didn't have all the glitches ( or maybe he did?), he came in slower than me, maybe since it was his first time through and I knew what to expect.

I'd still like to go through your rooms without the quest sometime just to look around Lady! Especially the river one. I like the boat teleporters. It took me awhile to figure out I had to step in and I'd be safe getting on river exiting the other one (since you can't see), but the second night the river just takes you right in and right out.

It was a weird night that night. I couldn't even get on disboards to READ after 11:30 CST, nor could I get on vmk after dc. But Pirate_Emery got to close with Hula so it wasn't down completely.

Caribbean, sorry you were having trouble. many ppl told me they were having trouble due to vmk bugs. The bugs were out in full force yesterday! I stomped on a bunch of them so I hope my quest will be bug free today!
About the river teleporters, I love those there but I had to bypass them with the river teleporters as some ppl kept getting stuck in the teleporters and were holding up the quest. I was sad to have to do it but I want the quest to go smoothly

when i did it yesterday all the rooms had glitches but after going through your rooms a second time not doing the quest the glitches were gone
today there were no glitches though so i think i did better

I think I will take a break tomorrow night and not sure yet about the weekend. Guess it all depends on how vmk acts during the slide competition.

Lady you must have done a good job stomping on those bugs b/c none were to be found yesterday! Maybe Bugdozer lent you a hand with her 'bugdozer' as well (can't get that picture out of my head, sorry ). However, I think the Narnia lamppost that was attached to my head the glitch night decided it liked me so much it wanted to take up residence with me, because that was my prize yesterday!

Lady, thanks so much for the invite -- I finally had a chance to do your quest, and it totally rocks! It was so thought out and nicely put together! Woot! I ran into some trouble with people not backing away from the gem in a few rooms *cough* especially in the last room, but I still think it was awesome!!!

I decided to open my quest. I have changed it from a timed quest to the other type of quest so it will be over once the prizes are gone or until I get too tired lol.
