The link for the license plate did not work but I have many license plate designs so I used one of those as a template.
The design you ask for without texture is blurry because the original image is very small when I enlarge it gets blurry which is why I applied the tile texture. I put both in your folder so you can decide which you want to use.

Journal covers a standard 8x11.
