My wife and I are NY residents and our only property owned outside of NY is our 2 DVC contracts (SSR). We own them jointly free and clear since around 2010 (resale). We have two adult children and are thinking about creating a Lady Bird Deedwhick would allow the kids to avoid probate in the state of Fla.
Does anyone have a law firm or title company that they have worked with that both created the Lady Bird trust and transferred DVC title to it? How much should I expect to spend?
