Ladies- Shopping help (Victorian-styled blouses)

I'm looking for a nice blouse to go with a pair of slacks I have for an upcoming professional event, and I've noticed recent pictures of Victorian-styled blouses...the ones that are slightly sheer with pearl buttons and ruffles on the front...do you know the ones I mean?

Any thoughts for the best store to find something like this? Have you seen any out in stores recently?

I saw one on the sales rack at Banana Republic yesterday. It wasn't too frilly but it had a Victorian feel to it.

Thanks, that sounds perfect (especially the sale part ). I want it to look nice without being too frilly.
