Does coffee count as "taking something" or just part of breakfast? It tends to help me.
And actually make sure you're drinking lots of water - counterintuitive, I know, but through the magic of science, it somehow works.
I don't know about the extra water. I clicked on this thread hoping for a solution, too. I had to drink a gallon of water right before having an ultrasound last week. I've been puffy & bloated since then - from drinking all that extra water.![]()
