Ladies:Personal question

Nair doesn't work well for me for some reason. I can leave it on for 20 min. and it won't remove everything. So I tried the veet mousse (you can buy it in most drugstores right next to the nair) and it works much better for me.

veet

tricia.

battricia--i was just about to post if anyone had tried veet..nair doesnt work for me either, and saw this on commercial and wasnt sure about it..so now i think i may try it :)

Pooh67_68,
Just picking, I thought it was funny. Any mention of the OBGYN usually has most woman turned off period. Ya know, that once a year thing you absolutely love doing! LOL I did know what ya meant though.

battricia,
Nair works fine for me as far as hair removal, but sometimes it breaks my skin out. Other times it doesn't. Has veet mousse done that to your skin?

I can't believe this thread has 775 views, LOL!
I wonder if some of the men are taking a peek.

:p

I don't do the whole area because the bathing suits that I occasionally wear are full not bikini at all. To get the area that I need I use my Remington epilator. I used to wax and had problems, cannot use neet or any other cream, and shaving causes a lot of other problems. Since I have waxed for so many years I don't find the epilator that bad.

it doesn't cause rashes or red bumps. DH uses the male version (sensa shave) on his face all of the time and doesn't get bumps and he used to always get ingrown hairs.
It's really gentle. I used it for a week and went back to my old shaving lotion and couldn't believe how harsh the old stuff was. That was 2yrs ago and I've never had a rash

thanks for the tips on products ladies - very helpful.

Did anyone ever mention where you get coochy cream at?

I've also found that my husbands razor seems to give me a much closer shave than mine. Don't worry men, it's one of his old ones that I bought new blades for, I don't steal his, I know men hate this.

I have found that too. But he figured it out and bought another one for him!LOL!

Kiterkat - I go to someone else. I used Sweet Simplicity one time, but it didnt work and it hurt. Having someone else do it is sooo much easier. But again, you have to be comfortable with the person.

Monkeyboy - your imagination seems to be working much better then any pictures we could provide!;)

Edited to add: I am 5'10, when I go to get waxed they charge me the same price they do everyone. So I feel like I get the better deal, longer legs and the same price!;) :p

I had laser hair removal done about 10 years ago and there is nothing there!!!

When I use to shave, I used a product called Tend Skin, it is amazing. NO rash, bumps, or ingrown hairs. You can probablly find it online or at a GNC store.

It is about 22.00 a bottle and burns like heck but it works.
