Has anyone had a breast reduction? And if so, how did the post op go? Here's my story and I apologize in advance if its way too much info. If you are a guy, you were warned. ;)

I have a call into my dr and am waiting a response. I had this done 2 weeks ago and my breasts are almost as big as they were before surgery. I was working on an infection and was put on cipro but that was 6 days ago. Is this normal? Will I return to the b cup I was wearing last week?

I've heard it can take over 6 months for the swelling and inflammation to go down to the point where you are at your new true size. I've never had it done though.

I had mine done 1/03 and loved every bit of it!! When I went back at 6 weeks there was minimal swelling. My scars are so light you can barely see them. How much did you get removed? Do you know what technique was used? The infection may have something to do with it but your swelling should diminish soon. The only complaint I had was that he didn't make them smaller.

I am sure it's just swelling...

I want this done too... my back doctor told me that my insurance would probably pay for it because it's creating problems in my back.
