Anyone know of a good, waterproof, smudgeproof, everything proof pencil type eye liner? I just can't seem to find one that works really good!! Thanks.

My favorite is the Lancome Kohl pencil. Sometimes when I run out and I can't get to the department store, I've tried some of the cheaper brands and I've really had a problem with them. They smear off, smudge, or they don't go on well at all. Right now I am using one by Mary Kay that is not too bad.

I'm a Clinique lover myself. Goes on smoothly and stays on all day.

Barb,
It's called Mary Kay Signature Eyeliner (I use the color "Steely"). Claims to be smudgeproof. So far it is. It costs $9.50 and you don't need to sharpen it.

The absolute best eye-liner solution I've ever found is a product by Too-Faced (can't remember the name of the product, but that's the manufacturer) that is a wand in a little tube of clear liquid that turns any eye shadow into an eyeliner. You take out the wand, dab it in the shadow, and apply just like any liquid eye-liner. You just need to be sure to wipe the wand off before putting it back in the tube. It is totally smudge-proof, tear-proof, water-proof, everything-proof. I love this stuff.

However, you specifically asked about pencil type liners.....in that case, the best I've found is Christian Dior, which I get at Sephora. Pricey, but works quite well. (But not as well as the above-mentioned product!)

I love anything by Guerlain. The products are long lasting and work very well for sensitive skin.
