I am always hollering at my daughter about this (my son too being he doesn't seem to think he needs to tie his shoes)........I hate to walk around hearing *clunk, clunk, clunk*..........drives me crazy!! I am forever telling them "pick up your feet"!! ::yes::

Thank you! This is my biggest pet peeve. It is so gross to see someone wearing improperly fitted shoes

I won't wear pantyhose even if my misinformed
girlfriends, coworker, mother, or sister tell me the
toe seam really will stay under my toes if I tuck it
there.

AMEN!! My mom wore a pair of open toe shoes to my wedding with nylons. :scared1: I don't CARE if they only have that seem and dont' have that "dark band" around the toes - it's still tacky IMO!!!

Oh - and ladies - do take your toe rings off! I've had mine on since 1999...no lie...1999...nearly 5 years...my toe is permanetly deformed. Now I can never take it off w/o seeing this funky indentation in my toe.

Wow stinkerbelle, I never thought of the "toe ring indent"!!!!!! I've had mine on for a couple of years now, so I am probably getting it.

I was very aware of that as a younger girl when I'd be in a bar and a guy would come up and try to do a pick-up line...first place I always looked was the wedding band finger to see if he had the indent...you know, the "I just took my wedding band off because I'm in a bar and may get lucky if no one thinks I'm married" indent.

or a TAN LINE!!! I see that ALOT at the bar I frequent.

The worst is the "tan line AND indent"...that means they've been married a while are pretending not to be!!!!!!!!!
