Undies - no, never.
Shirts - I will pull something out if necessary, but I have to watch more for stains than than smell (I'm notorious for dropping food on my bosom). I'm not a person who thinks a shirt is dirty just because you wore it for an hour, either.
I wear jeans 2-3 days anyway, so they ready for washing when they get the basket.
