Ladies: Black pants

I am looking for a pair of dressy/casual black pants that I can wear to work and then maybe out to dinner. Nothing to dressy...think I can find a pair?

Any thoughts?

Penneys has several styles by worthington.
A high waist called audrey fit -very slimming -you would wear them with a sweater or something -nothing tucked in.
They also have another one with a lower waist.

I was just going to suggest that too! While most of their pants are dry clean only, they wear really well. They look good with my flats for work, and my heels for night.

I get all my black pants at New York and Company. They have lots of different cuts and fabrics and they are all pretty affordable.

Express Editor pants. I'm wearing some right now! They have about 3 or 4 colors that have stretch...soooo comfy, and machine washable, too! I have dark gray (which I'm wearing right now), cream, and black w/ pinstripes...all in the stretch. I think the non-stretch styles are dry clean only, so you know those were out for me! They are definitely perfect for work and dressing up...I need to get a pair in black!

WOW, at Kohl's..I bought a pair of Nine West in October (due to TWO wakes/funerals) at MACY's. They are so comfortable.

If you have Stein Mart in your area you might look there. Talbots is another place for good, classic pieces that will last forever and can be dressed up or down.
